Most small businesses don't need more software. They need people they can't afford to hire. Fastoprox is an AI workforce — agents that take a function each, share one understanding of the company, and stop at the owner's approval.
We're building it for businesses in India first: the ones that run on WhatsApp and Tally, where the founder approves everything, and where the month-end still takes a week.
Why this exists
The thesis
The next generation of business software won't be defined by bigger models. It'll be defined by whether those models can understand a specific business — what it sells, who it sells to, how the year moves — and act inside it without the owner losing control.
Workflow automation has existed for twenty years and hasn't reached most small businesses, because it demands the business change first. Our bet is the opposite order: build a model of the company from what already exists, then put agents to work on that model, then let the owner decide what runs without them.
That's why the company brain came before the agents, and why approval is designed into every task rather than added to the end.

We sit with the owner
Everyone on the team spends time inside customers' businesses — watching month-end happen, reading the WhatsApp threads, seeing who the founder actually calls. What we learn there outranks what we assumed here.

We build for where the work is
If the business runs on WhatsApp and Tally, the agents work on WhatsApp and Tally. We don't ask a business to change how it runs so our software can understand it.

We make the agent understand before it acts
Every agent reads from one company brain. We'd rather ship an agent that knows the business and does less than one that does more without knowing it.

We make saying yes take thirty seconds
Nothing consequential executes without a person's approval, and we treat the approval card as the product. If the owner can't decide in thirty seconds, we didn't finish.

We say only what we can show
No statistic on this site we can't defend in a brief. No customer story without a customer. When something doesn't work, we write it down in Field Notes.

- Genesis, Calibra, Relay and Sentry in production — brain generation, calibration, routing, approval. Technical briefs on request.

- Early. We're working closely with a small number of businesses, and the first named stories arrive as they clear.
- Team
- Two founders and four core co-founders, based in Mumbai. Engineering-led, and hiring.
